VEGAN OR GLUTEN FREE PRE ORDERS?

Please note that although we do cater for certain dietary requirements. We operate all our orders from the same kitchen. All our products are made and packaged in a kitchen where dairy, eggs, soya, nuts, gluten and other allergens are present, and so we cannot guarantee a total absence of these allergens. NATASHA’S LAW

Natasha’s Law, comes into effect from October 2021 and will require food businesses to provide full ingredient lists and allergen labelling on foods prepackaged for direct sale on the premises. Why does your website say sold out?

Our website is currently closed for construction please sign up to our newsletter to be notified when we will be back up and running! IF YOU HAVE A SPECIAL OCCASION PLEASE EMAIL US ON INFO@BAKEDBROWNIES.CO.UK AND WE MAY BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR ORDER.

When will i receive my order?

We take our orders a week in advance to delivery/dispatch. Postal orders will be sent out the following Thursday 24 Hour tracked with Royal Mail. Please note this is your dispatch day not arrival day and please use your unique tracking number to track the ETA.

Local Deliveries will be made on the following Saturday. The date will be specified at at the check out when making your order, you can also find it in your booking confirmation. If you have ordered for collection, please email with your order number, and collection as the subject of your email (Subject format example ‘Collect for order number #03067) so we can organise a collection for you.

POSTALS
PLEASE CHECK EMAILS (IT MAY BE IN JUNK) FOR YOUR PERSONAL TRACKING NUMBERS TO SEE THE ETA OF YOUR ORDER! THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO TRACK YOUR ITEM(S)! ALL ORDERS HAVE BEEN SENT VIA ROYAL MAIL 24 HOUR TRACKED BUT MAY TAKE LONGER DUE TO TO DELAYS. WE UNFORTUNATELY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TRACK YOUR ITEM FOR YOU IF IT IS DELAYED IN TRANSIT, AS WE CANNOT MAKE A CLAIM UNTIL AFTER 10 DAYS!

LOCAL DELIVERY
IF YOU HAVE CHOSEN LOCAL DELIVERY, EXPECT YOUR ORDER TO COME ON A SATURDAY FROM 9AM. IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BE IN PLEASE GET IN CONTACT ASAP!

COLLECTION
ARE ON SATURDAYS 10AM - 12PM ONLY! PLEASE WEAR A FACE MASK AND RESPECT SOCIAL DISTANCING FROM OTHER CUSTOMERS. COLLECTION ADDRESS IS ON YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

Where do you deliver?

We offer local delivery within Rugby, Collection and 24 hour tracked postal to anywhere within the UK.

What time will my local delivery order be delivered?

Local deliveries will begin from 9am on the following Saturday unless stated otherwise. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a time slot for your delivery.

Can i change my delivery address?

Yes, if your order has not yet been dispatched, we will be able to change your delivery address. If your delivery has already been dispatched, we will not be able to change this. Please email info@bakedbrowniesuk.co.uk

What are the local delivery areas?

Areas include (Rugby town centre, Clifton, Houlton, Hillmorton, Dunchurch, Bilton, Cawston, Newton, Long Lawford, Brownsover & Catthorpe)

How much is postage?

Currently, we are only offering 24 Hour Tracked postage, this starts at £6.50.

Can i mix standard brownies & vegan / gluten free?

Unfortunately we are unable to mix these in one box, these would have to be ordered as separate boxes.

Can i order a birthday box for a specific date?

Yes, we are able to take specific birthday orders separately. Please email info@bakedbrowniesuk.co.uk with ‘Birthday’ as the subject. Unfortunately if the date clashes with seasonal events we may only have certain options available.

Do you cater for certain dietary requirements?

Yes we do. We currently cater for vegetarians, vegans, and do gluten free friendly items. Please note that although we do cater for certain dietary requirements. How long will my brownies / cookies last?

Our brownies & cookies will last well up to 7-14 days if kept in the fridge or an air tight container. All brownies are best served warmed up in the microwave for 15 seconds and served with vanilla ice cream.

CAKES

Please when collecting your cakes either bring someone with you or place in the footwell of your car. Please ensure the heating is off and the car is cool. When returning home or to the venue ensure the cake is kept in the fridge until it is needed. Some of our cakes are topped with a lot of chocolate so the weight of the cake is heavy and may cause misshape of the cake if not stored properly.

Refund / Replacements & Damages?

POSTAL - EACH ITEM IS HANDMADE AND QUALITY CHECKED BY ONE OF OUT TEAM. WE DO NOT REPLACE OR REFUND FOR ANY ITEMS DAMAGED VIA THE POSTAL SYSTEM UNFORTUNATELY THIS IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL AND IS AT THE RISK OF THE BUYER USING THIS SERVICE.
